Alex is the driving force behind Tiger & Bear Group, bringing together the lens of a venture investor, corporate lawyer and strategic advisor.
As CEO, he leads the group while working closely across key projects and client matters, helping founders, boards and leadership teams navigate growth, investment, strategy and complex commercial decisions.
Before Tiger & Bear Group, Alex was Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel at ASX-listed amaysim, where he led the legal and regulatory functions alongside strategy, investor relations and corporate development.
Earlier in his career, Alex was a Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons, specialising in major projects across the energy, infrastructure and technology sectors.
Alex also sits on several boards, including Prvidr and Willow, bringing a practical, commercial and investor-minded perspective to the businesses he works with.

Natalie keeps the engine room of Tiger & Bear Group running.
Overseeing finance, technology, HR and administration, she helps bring structure, calm and momentum to the many moving parts behind the business. She also supports client work through paralegal support and project management, helping matters stay organised, on track and moving forward.
Practical, steady and deeply experienced, Natalie is often the person making sure the right things happen at the right time — whether that’s supporting the team, improving internal processes or helping coordinate complex client work behind the scenes.
Before joining Tiger & Bear Group, Natalie worked at ASX-listed amaysim, where she supported the CEO and Executive Team, managed office operations, and led key projects across M&A due diligence, deal execution and post-transaction integration. She also played a critical role in managing the wind-up of amaysim following its acquisition by Optus.
Earlier in her career, Natalie spent more than a decade at King & Wood Mallesons, including as a senior practice team administrator.

James brings rare depth across tax, finance and commercial strategy, built over more than 25 years advising and working inside growing companies.
He has acted as both a virtual and full-time CFO for ASX-listed and PE-backed technology businesses, giving him firsthand experience in the financial decisions that come with scaling, restructuring, raising capital, managing investors and operating across markets.
At LUNA, he advises founders, executives and boards across virtual CFO services, cross-border tax structuring, M&A, investor relations, R&D tax incentives and employee share schemes.
James is particularly strong at making complex tax and finance issues clear without losing the detail that matters. His work spans Australia, the US, Canada, New Zealand, Norway and the UK. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Tax Adviser and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Craig brings more than 20 years of finance leadership experience to scaling and investor-backed businesses.
Having worked across founder-led, private equity-backed and regulated organisations, he has particular depth in financial services, insurance, funding, SaaS, health tech, regulated care and tech-enabled services.
At LUNA, Craig partners with founders, boards and executive teams on financial modelling, forecasting, cash flow management, capital strategy, governance and board reporting. He brings a clear commercial lens to the finance function, helping businesses understand performance, manage cash and make confident decisions at critical moments of growth, investment or change.
Craig is a Chartered Accountant and a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. He holds a Master’s in Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce.

Puneet has a way of making clients feel looked after. As Head of Accounting & Funds, he works with venture capital funds, corporate venture capital groups, family offices and growing companies across fund accounting, administration, portfolio tracking, tax structuring, financial modelling, reporting and due diligence.
He is the person clients turn to when they need the numbers explained clearly, the process kept on track and the next steps made simple. Warm, responsive and deeply knowledgeable, Puneet brings confidence to work that can otherwise feel complex or overwhelming.
Puneet has supported VC funds in raising more than $50 million in capital and deploying more than $100 million across AgTech, FinTech, SaaS, MedTech and AI. His background includes assurance work in the UK, as well as venture capital and M&A advisory in Australia.
He holds a BSc Hons and Master’s in Finance, Accounting and Management, is a licensed BAS Agent and an AFSL Responsible Manager, and is an alumnus of AirTree Explorer, AgVentures and the Aussie Angels Venture Academy.

Laia is passionate about startups and the people behind them. As Senior Accountant, she works closely with founders and growing teams across bookkeeping, BAS preparation, compliance and day-to-day accounting, helping businesses stay organised and build strong financial foundations as they grow.
She loves being part of the startup ecosystem and enjoys working alongside ambitious founders as they navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with building a business. Practical, approachable and solutions-focused, Laia helps bring clarity to the numbers so founders can focus on growth with confidence.
Whether she's improving processes, supporting compliance or helping a founder better understand their financial position, Laia brings energy, care and a genuine enthusiasm for seeing businesses succeed.

Nikola brings a calm, practical approach to the fast-paced world of startup law. She supports founders through company structuring, commercial contracts, and capital raises, providing clear advice that protects the business without slowing it down.
With a background that includes commercial litigation, in-house roles for public companies, and a specialty in crowd-sourced funding, Nikola cuts through the noise to give founders the exact legal support they need.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University and is admitted to practise in Australia.

Adil spends most of his time working alongside founders as they build, raise and grow. As Special Counsel and Venture Practice Lead, he advises startups on structuring, governance, fundraising, commercial agreements and the legal decisions that come with scaling a business. His approach is practical and commercially focused, helping founders move forward with confidence while staying focused on what matters most.
With more than a decade of experience across multiple markets, Adil has advised global corporates, public institutions and high-growth startups. Dual-qualified in British Columbia, Canada and New South Wales, Australia, he brings an international perspective and a deep understanding of the venture ecosystem.
Adil enjoys being part of the founder journey, helping businesses put the right foundations in place early and supporting them through the opportunities and challenges that come with growth.

Luna shapes how LUNA is positioned, experienced and remembered across the venture ecosystem.
She works across brand, partnerships, campaigns, community and events, helping the firm build stronger relationships with founders, leaders, investors and ecosystem partners. Her work brings together strategy, storytelling and execution, making sure LUNA’s message is clear, distinctive and connected to the people it exists to support.
Before joining LUNA, Luna was based in Berlin leading marketing for a major B2B digital platform at Zalando, one of Europe’s leading online fashion platforms. There, she helped global brands including Nike and Patagonia scale their digital experiences.
She also brings independent consulting experience across Europe and Australia, supporting startups and brands across content, digital customer experience, and brand strategy. Luna holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Transnational Governance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Ieda focuses on helping founders protect their brands, products, and intellectual property from day one.
Working with startups and tech companies across SaaS, healthtech, and wellness, she handles everything from trademarks and company incorporations to regulatory compliance and customer contracts.
With legal experience spanning both Australia and Brazil, Ieda brings a valuable cross-border perspective to commercial and IP matters, excels at translating technical legal requirements into clear, practical steps, and holds an LLB (Hons) from Brazil, where she is admitted to the Bar. She is currently completing her Diploma in Law at the University of Sydney as part of her Australian admission process.

Allirah helps keep things moving across Tiger & Bear Group. As Practice & Operations Manager, she supports the people, processes and details that help both teams do their best work. From document management and due diligence to deal completions, paralegal support and day-to-day operations, Allirah helps make sure the important things are organised, on track and handled with care.
Before joining the group, Allirah spent more than 20 years at King & Wood Mallesons, building deep experience in legal administration and operations. She brings a calm, practical and highly organised approach to busy moments, helping the team stay focused and client work run smoothly.

Tenzin Choegyal helps keep the wheels turning at LUNA. As Team Assistant, she supports the team across operations, administration and coordination, making sure the day-to-day details are taken care of so everyone else can focus on delivering great work. Organised, thoughtful and always willing to jump in, she's often the person quietly keeping things on track behind the scenes.
Currently completing her law degree at Macquarie University, Tenzin brings curiosity, care and a fresh perspective to the team. She has a genuine interest in the people, processes and details that help great work happen, and approaches every task with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Whether she's supporting a project, helping solve a problem or keeping things running smoothly, Tenzin brings warmth, reliability and a team-first mindset to everything she does.
